My department at Edinburgh University is very happy to announce that we have won research funding for a two-year project into 'The structure and analysis of leadership personalities within corporate frameworks'.
This project will examine 20 researcg officers responsible for companies listed in the FTSE100. The research will be gathered using interviews, physiological experiments designed to measure medical reactions to high stress and questionnaires. Some research will be gathered on-site at two major UK based commercial trading banks.
